He expressed his entourage and hoped that the Ministry of Education would increase its care and support for Guangxi's education cause, and give support to Guangxi in the construction of first-class disciplines in GXU, the construction of the Institute of China - ASEAN Modern Craftsmen in cooperation with ASEAN countries, the implementation of the Border Education Enhancement Project, the construction of high-level talents and teams, and the creating a highland open cooperation and innovation in vocational education for ASEAN, and jointly promote the ASEAN-oriented industry, education, think tanks in the integration of the construction of demonstration area for the clustering of industry and education, to promote the deepening of education in Guangxi foreign exchanges and cooperation, accelerate the modernization of education in Guangxi.

To this end, according to the "Implementation Plan for Promoting the Clustering and Integration of Industry and Education to Create a ASEAN-oriented Vocational Education Open Cooperation and Innovation Highland" issued by the Ministry of Education, the regional government and the "Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Municipal Industry and Education Consortium Construction Guidelines" issued by the regional government office and other four construction guidance, the regional Department of Education organized the Municipal Industry-Education Consortium of the Autonomous Region, Autonomous Community of Industry-Industry-Education Integration, China - ASEAN Technology Innovation Institute, the Institute of China - ASEAN Modern Craftsmen. After declaration, evaluation and deliberation, 10 Municipal Industry-Education Consortium, 15 Industry-Industry-Education Integration Community, 10 Technological Innovation Institutes and 17 Institutes of Modern Craftsmen are proposed to be constructed.

China-ASEAN Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Innovation Institute will focus on the construction of key industry chains, focus on the key technical problems of industrial development, promote the industrialization of major scientific and technological achievements, cultivate high-level technical talents to support the technological innovation and transformation and upgrading of China's and even ASEAN's high-end equipment manufacturing industry, and create a comprehensive platform for the fusion of industry and education with abundant resources and innovation in the mode of talent cultivation.
