TheJun WuForumandthe7th lectureof theJurist Forumheld byGuangxi University were inaugurated with a special presentation byProfessorHuang Huikang,Member of the International Law Commission of the United Nations, Distinguished Professor of the Institute of International Law, Wuhan University, former Chinese Ambassador to Malaysia.Professor Huang was invited to deliver a lecture on "Strengthening the Logic of The Times in Foreign Rule of Law Construction" for teachers and students.

Prior to the lecture, President Han Linhai, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee at Guangxi University, held an in-depth discussion with Professor Huang Huikang on enhancing law discipline construction and fostering talents in foreign-related legal matters. Thesymposiumwaschairedby Yu Wenjin, Vice President of the University and member of the Standing Committee of the University Party Committee.

Prof.Huang Huikang has integrated the insights gained from the 10th collective study of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, providing a profound interpretation and detailed explanation of the PresidentXi's important speech.
